What is the Privacy Policy?

At Vetrex, we respect your privacy by giving you the right to choose what data you provide to us and to review the information about yourself. We use our best efforts to ensure that your personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, but also to the highest standards of customer service. This document is the set of rules which guide us in processing your personal data, with particular emphasis on the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

How we collect personal data

When you visit the Vetrex websites, the following data are automatically collected:

  1. Date and time of your visit;

  2. IP of the device you use to visit us;

  3. Type of web browser;

  4. Exact URL you visit;

  5. Your location;

  6. Operating system used by the device at the time of your visit;

No other personal data are required to access a Vetrex website.

The collection of data on our websites involves the following domains:



Additional personal data are collected by using the forms on our website and by phone when you contact us. Such data are collected only with your consent and comprise the following:

  1. Full name;

  2. E-mail address;

  3. Telephone number;

  4. Postcode;

  5. City/town:

Providing the data indicated in points 1 to 5 above is voluntary, however, your failure to provide the data marked with an asterisk as required will prevent you from sending us forms or contacting us.


These are files which are sent to your device via a web browser when you visit our websites. Such files contain data such as:

  4. Automatic login credentials (if you have a Vetrex account);

Why we collect and process personal data

Technical purposes: ensuring the correct display of the website

Until the lapse of the Controller's legitimate interests but not longer than two years or until the time when the data subject objects to such further processing, where the right to such objection is granted under the law.


Where you personal data may be transferred

  1. This is to inform you that your personal data may be transferred to:

    1. Our business Partners: for the purposes of submitting offers and continuing to perform the contract;

    2. IT service providers (website administrator, hosting provider);

    3. Marketing agencies;

    4. Transport and courier companies, service technicians, fitters.

  2. We draw your attention to the fact that the above entities process data on the basis of contracts for the entrusting of personal data entered into with us and on the basis of our documented instructions.

  3. In some cases, your personal data may, in accordance with applicable law, be transferred to entities entitled to obtain them, such as law enforcement agencies.

  4. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).


Your rights

    1. right of access to their personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR);

    2. right to rectification of inaccurate data and having incomplete personal data completed (Article 16 of the GDPR);

    3. right to erasure of personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR);

    4. right to restriction of processing of data (Article 18 of the GDPR);

    5. right to personal data portability (Article 19 of the GDPR);

    6. right to object to processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR);

    7. right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal: where data processing is based on the data subject's consent (Article 7(3) of the GDPR);

Amendments to the Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy may be amended as necessary or desirable, in particular in the light of new legislation or new guidelines from personal data protection regulators. We also reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy in the event of changes in the technology used by us to process personal data, as well as in the manner, purposes or legal bases on which we process personal data.
