Window Vetrex Slide 82

The Vetrex Slide 82 system is dedicated to large sliding glazing meets the requirements of  investors in terms of energy efficiency, ergonomics and aesthetics. Owing to wide profiles and fittings with an impressive load capacity up to 400 kg, it is possible to perform terrace doors with energy-saving package of Ug=0.5 W/m2*K according to EN673.

Most commercially available sliding systems because of their construction are not compatible with temperature-absorbing glazing packages and because in this type of glazing they constitute the majority of the surface - thermal performance of the entire structure is deteriorated. In case of the Vetrex Slide 82 system as standard there is widely used a energy efficient panes with a coefficient of heat transmission properties comparable to temperature-absorbing brick wall. The wide profile, which is a base for Vetrex Slide 82 system, allows the use of special glazing packages of the width up to 52mm, e.g. soundproof or anti-theft. The construction, which already has as standard a low threshold limiting the risk of tripping, can be equipped with anti-theft fitting in WK2 class and reed switch Safe + allowing for the integration of glazing with an alarm system

Profiles

  • VEKA, Slide 80 system (HST): sash with 5 chambers with the width to 82mm, frame with 7 chambers with the width of 194 mm, class A,
  • profiles of high impact PVC,
  • wall thickness in the highest quality standard PN-EN 12608 "Class A". Window profiles of Class A are characterized by a thickness of the outer walls of minimum 2.8 mm, which guarantees high stability, resistance to damage and changes in temperature and excellent sound insulation. Load capacity of profiles of fittings for Class A is higher by more than 30% than for profiles for Class Bb
  • profiles available in a full range of colours and wood imitation veneer  

Reinforcements

  •  sashes in the SLIDE 82 system in standard version are armed with multiple-bending galvanized steel  with exceptional strength, which ensures long, reliable operation of windows,
  • frame structure performed in the SLIDE 82 system have a light, aluminium strengthening of a special shape of thermal insulator made of polyamide filled with further insulating block, which makes the window lighter, while retaining high static and thermal performance (insulator eliminates the occurrence of thermal bridges).  

Glazing packages

  •  glazing packages 4-16-4 Ug=1,1 wg EN673,
  • heat-insulating steel frame in glazing cavity. Our windows can withstand even the most severe frosts. The packages shaft additionally equipped with a steel spacers allow to obtain the 4-times better thermal insulation properties compared to the solutions commonly used in the market.  

Fittings

  •  SIEGENIA- HS PORTAL - sliding sash load capacity up to 400 kg,
  • standard equipment of each sash includes two carts that allow for movement of the sashes and the complete espagnolette with 2, 3 or 4-point locking allows closing the window on the inner side or both sides. The entire fitting is controlled using a special HST handle.  

    Gaskets

    • EPDM. The choice of this material was made because of exceptional physical qualities and performance. First of all - compared to other materials used for the production of gaskets - characterized by a significantly improved features in terms of resistance to aging, heat, and resistance to external agents. In addition, EPDM gaskets do not crack, they are resistant to ozone, are characterized by excellent tensile, tear and compression strength.
